Weigh-in Wednesday

The stats:

189.5 pounds, down a half pound from last week.

2 days vigorous exercise, 1 hour each (Go, River Running!! What a blast!)

2 days out of 7 of good eating choices. An improvement over 0, anyway. It’s the right direction.

6 days out of 7 with a quiet time, and 2 days with Power Prayer.

The turn-around begins…

  1. Hey Pam! Way to go. You are heading in the right direction. It takes time and effort (boy do I know that!), but living healthfully is so worth it.
